The Self Development Lab currently lives within ChatGPT as a custom GPT while in its beta testing phase, so you'll need a ChatGPT account to use it. With the support of our Founding Members, The Lab will transfer to its own app and your pass will grant you full access at no extra cost.

The Lab does not provide therapy, diagnosis or clinical support. It is a guided self-inquiry tool for clarity, self-awareness and practical reflection.
